KGF CINEMA ASSOCIATION

In this efforts to promote and sustain an outstanding Community, Association shall be guided by a set shared values, to which all it’s members stand committed. These values, expressed as the guiding principles of the Association, shall be the touch stone for the byelaws, rules and operating guidelines of the Association.

Motto & Ambition :- 

v  This association is formed in the motto of serving the artistes & technicians of Cinema Industry in our city

v  Our main motto is to reduce the amount collected by BEML location charges, were KGF is not been promoted now-a-days, due to this charges, many of the film location is been shifted to other places where there are no charges collected, so we request BEML to please reduce the amount of 15,00/- per 9 hours 9:00 am to 6:00 pm to 5,000/- at least.

v  We also request BEML not to collect any amount from short film & documentary film makers of KGF, as it is not a profit making movies.

v  We also request BEML to inform our Cinema Association regarding shooting of all movies in future, as information to the KGF Cinema Association.

v  We request the police department to please issue a letter of permission to all film makers, were they find difficult at the time of shoot, issue like nearby controlled station in charge stopping the film makers from shoot due to no proper permission letter.

Cinema Family Objectives :-

v  We are going to join our hands with all South Indi Film Chamber and we will request them to give discount of 15 to 20% on New membership cards issued to artist in various field of Cinema.

v  We would also request the South India Film Chambers to not register any one from KGF after March 2016, who have not registered in KGF Cinema Association.

v  First preference will be given to registered members for any shoot happening in and around KGF. As character required by the film makers, actor ect.

v   This association will be for the film family of KGF and this will always remain as a non profit organization.

v  As a moral boost to all the film makers, artists and technicians we are going to conduct a short film festival in the month of August, 2016 with fame celebrities from South India Cinema as Chief Guest.

v  This KGF Cinema Association will immediately react to the problems of Cinema makers, Artist and Technicians, especially child, girls and ladies abasement/ harassment by any of workers and producers.

v  Good film makers can seek ideas from the Association members for their further development in the industry.

v  To strive to encourage peace, harmony, equality, brother hood, and co-operative between the Cinema family members.

v  To interact with concerned officials and to see that all the fundamental amenities are organized.

v  To utilize the fund generated from the association members, to the welfare of the members of the association for any other reason.
